GECOL: Korean technical team arrives in Tripoli to complete stalled projects

The General Electricity Company of Libya (GECOL) announced on Sunday the arrival of the technical team of South Korean companies Daewoo and Hyundai, who are in charge of the West Tripoli Power Plant project and the Zouitina Power Plant.

The director of GECOL media office, Mohammed Al-Takouri told ArraedLG, the arrival of the technicians of the two companies comes within the program of the company; to complete the detailed tests of materials and equipment for the two stations, noting that the second batch of technicians will arrive in the next two days.

The General Electricity Company of Libya announced last year, the near return of the Korean company executing the West Tripoli project, in order to complete the implementation of the station.
