The French embassy praises the conditions at Janzur center for the sheltering of illegal immigrants

The deputy ambassador of France, Iyad Jaber, visited the shelter for illegal immigration control in Janzur on Monday. He praised the conditions of shelter and the good treatment received by illegal immigrants at the center.

Jabir praised the efforts of the branch and its use of an electronic system to collect the data of illegal immigrants. He also promised that the French embassy will open its doors in Tripoli in the future.

The visit included the mayor of the municipality of Janzur, the head of the Criminal Investigation Department and the representatives of the International Organization for Migration, and the French Deputy Ambassador.

It is noteworthy that the illegal immigration control branch of Janzur arrested about 1000 illegal immigrants near Gate 27 last month.
