Four Foreigners Working at a Power Plant Kidnapped in Libya

Four foreign engineers working for Turkish construction firm Enka were kidnapped in Southwest Libya. Three of the engineers are Turkish nationals and the fourth is believed to be a German national.  

The men were captured while traveling on their way to a power plant in Ubari from the airport. Thus far, there is no indication of the party responsible for their abduction.

Enka released a statement on their website expressing concern for the engineers; adding that they are closely following the case in coordination with Turkish and Libyan authorities.
