On Tuesday, the security official for #Derna, Yahya Al-Asta Omar, stated that Operation Dignity forces continue to prevent the entry of flour trucks from crossing #Mrtouba to #Derna for the second day, despite the completion of all legal procedures.
Omar added that the shortage of flour and fuel is further exacerbated within the city. The price of a bag of flour weighing 50 kg amounts to 150 dinars and the price of one liter of gasoline amounts to 20 dinars.
