On Wednesday, the President of the Council of Dignitaries and Wisemen, Khalil Bin Saud, called on wisemen, government officials, local and international organizations to intervene to end the siege of #Derna.
He added that #Derna has been suffering from a severe siege since the closure of the #Martuba road, which was opened from time to time; leading to a “severe” shortage of commodities. Bin Saud also stressed that most laboratories will close in the coming days.
He explained that the politics of starvation and oppression are not the solution; adding that they are willing to cooperate for the sake of national reconciliation.
