Ministry of Interior: Work at Ras Jdir border cross is normal, and more than 19 thousand were recorded in a week

The Ministry of Interior confirmed that work is proceeding normally at Ras Jdir border crossing with Tunisia, noting that the number of passengers through the crossing reached more than 19 thousand passengers last week.

In a statement, the ministry added that the number of Tunisians entering Libya between August 10 and August 17 reached 7,659 thousand, praising the efforts of the security services in protecting the crossing and ensuring the safety of passengers.

It is noteworthy that Ras Jdir crossing witnessed severe congestion during Eid al-Adha holiday forced some travelers to wait more than 20 hours at the crossing.
