The German news agency revealed that former German Chancellor Angela Merkel rejected a job offer submitted to her by the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres.
The agency stated – according to the Turkish Anadolu Agency – that the offer is to chair a high-level advisory board as part of a United Nations reform project.
It is worthy that “Angela Merkel” held the position of German chancellor for 16 years, and she was the first woman to hold this position.
