Foreign Minister: Ambassador in Central Africa has finished his work and we assigned an alternative for him.

The former Foreign Minister of the Central Republic of African, Hussein Mahmoud, who announced withdrawal of the Al-Wefaq government, has completed his term in the embassy from a while. He is no longer represents Libya and we appointed Abdul Majid Al-Noeli as his replacement.

In a statement on Friday, Foreign Minister Mohamed Sayala called on his Central African counterpart, Sylvie Timon, to provide the necessary facilities to enable Noeli to receive his new duties as acting Libyan embassy in Central Africa.

Libya’s former ambassador to Central Africa, Hussein Mahmoud, announced in a televised statement that he had withdrawal from Al-Wefaq government and that the foreign ministry had asked him to return to Libya after his work there.
