The General Electricity Company asked on Sunday the citizens not to enter the transfer stations in the areas and return the power supply by force, stressing that this work increases the problem and cause confusion in the control room.
On
the official page, the company explained that the units that are out of work so
far are “units of the double-angle plant with a capacity of 840 megawatts,
and two steam and gas generation units at the station five with the capacity of
200, and the third gas unit with the generator of the steam station of Misurata
dual 360 capacity, Fourth with a 130-meter
in Opari station. “
The company called all cities that refuse to put loads to the participation of other cities in the program prepared by the control room in order to stabilize the electrical network and restore electricity to all the cities of Libya.
On Friday, the western and southern regions were completely shut down as all generating units were out of service before the General Electric Company could return some units to work with long hours of loading.
