Los Angeles Galaxy Acquires The Libyan Football Player “El-Munir”

The American team Los Angeles Galaxy signed a contract with the Libyan player Mohamed Al-Munir who used to play for the team Orlando City in an exchange deal with the defender João Moutinho.

Los Angeles-based manager John Thorrington described the Libyan defender as a versatile, dynamic player who showed “a great deal of potential and good performance” in his first season in the Premier League, according to the club’s official page.

Mohammed Al-Munir played 26 games last season with Orlando City and played in all the US Open matches.

Al-Munir has already played for Partizan of Serbia and has played for the national team in 19 matches in the 2014 and 2018 World Cup qualifiers, scoring 3 goals.
