Al Shaab: The HoR is still receiving the files of candidates to head the upcoming government.

Member of Parliament Belkhair Al-Sha’ab said, on Saturday, that the parliament is still receiving the files of candidates for the new government.

Al-Sha’ab, in a statement to Arraed, explained that the most prominent names nominated for the new government are “Fathi Bashagha, Ahmed Maiteeq, Khaled al-Bibas, Mohammed al-Muntasir” noting that there are other personalities who are still looking for recommendations; to submit files.

Al-Sha’ab added that the candidates for Prime Minister will be present at Monday’s session in Tobruk; To present their vision and programs to the deputies.

In a related context, Al-Sha’ab said that the meeting called by First Deputy Fawzi Al-Nuwairi tomorrow in Tripoli is unofficial, and it is a consultative meeting only.

It is worth noting that the House of Representatives, in its session on January 25, attended by 120 deputies, approved 12 conditions to run for the position of prime minister in the next government.
