Bin Sherada says it is likely that deputies, the Council of the State and the Constitution Commission will agree on a constitutional base.

On Saturday, member of the Council of State, Saad bin Sherada, said that it is likely to form a committee from the HoR, the State Council and the Constitution Commission, to discuss the referendum on the constitution or amend some provisions of the draft constitution.

In a statement to Arraed, Bin Sherada said that the results will be important if there is a consensus between the House of Representatives, the Supreme State Council and the Constitution Commission regarding the constitution.

Bin Sherada added that it was proven that the problem lay in the legislation and laws that were issued regarding the elections, which were the reason for the failure to complete the elections on the 24th of last December.

It is worth noting that the House of Representatives formed, last December, a committee called the “Roadmap Committee”, which aims to communicate with other Libyan parties to discuss the fate of the elections in Libya.
