Coronavirus infections have escalated again in China, the source of the global epidemic, with a record escalation of infection numbers in America, while European countries have taken more stringent precautionary measures to prevent worsening health conditions.
The National Health Committee in China recorded 28 new cases of Coronavirus on the 4 of November, compared to 17 cases on Tuesday, bringing the total confirmed cases on the Chinese mainland to 86,115 cases, according to the “TRT Arabic” website.
In a related context, the United States recorded, on Wednesday, a record number of new daily cases of Coronavirus with 102,591 new infections, while the number of people infected with the epidemic in Britain reached more than a million people, of whom nearly 48,000 died.
The British authorities announced a new year lockdown to contain the second wave of Coronavirus infections until the second of next December, while Italy imposed a partial lockdown on the “Lombardy” region, the country’s richest and most populous region.
