Russian Foreign Ministry: Al-Sarraj’s retractation of his resignation is logical so there will be no political vacuum.

The Russian Deputy Foreign Minister, Mikhail Bogdanov, said Thursday that the President of the Presidential Council, Fayez Al-Sarraj, retracted from his resignation is a reasonable and logical matter, not to leave a power vacuum.

“Bogdanov” confirmed – according to the Russian agency Sputnik – that the Libyan dialogue forum to be held in Tunis will discuss political restructuring and the establishment of some presidential bodies for a certain period of up to a year and a half, in order to hold elections after that, he said.

It is worth noting that the President of the Presidential Council, Fayez Al-Sarraj, announced last October 30 that he had responded to local and international calls demanding his reversal of the decision to resign from his post at the end of October.

United Nations: The issuance of a Security Council resolution in support of the Geneva Accord, will bring peace to Libya.
