On Friday, the National Assembly of Libyan Scientists and clerics called on the Libyan army and the forces supporting it to attack the mercenary of the criminal Hifter and push them back from the outskirts of the capital.
The assembly said, in their statement , that the blood of civilians will remain the responsibilty of the government and military leaders if they keep their silence, so the people of the capital are the responsibilty of the government, stressing that continuing to declare a ceasefire will not have any meaning unless the attacking militias withdraw to their positions before the date of Start of the aggression.
The assembly called on the GNA and the deputies and the supreme Council of the state to refuse to participate in the political dialogue in Geneva.
It is worth noting that, on Friday, the militia of Hifter targeted Maitiga airport, its vicinity and a number of residential neighborhoods with more than 60 Grad missiles in the capital, Tripoli, wounding a woman and a child.
