Asarraj: Continuing Hifter’s violation of the truce may make us reconsider participation in any dialogue.

President of the GNA, Fayez Asarraj, confirmed that Hifter’s violation of the truce might make us reconsider participating in any dialogue before stopping these violations, and the aggressor’s withdrawal to where it came from.

During his participation in the eighth meeting of the High-level Committee of the African Union on Libya in Brazzaville, Asarraj expressed his aspiration for the African Union to play a central role that would contribute effectively to finding a solution to the Libyan crisis, and he submitted a proposal to appoint a special African delegate to Libya.

Asarraj said that he intends to file legal cases against all those who contributed to harm the Libyan people and demand fair compensation for the families of the victims, accusing the foreign, regional and international interference that brought the country to the current state of war, which claimed the lives of Libyans, and destroyed their civilian Facilities; as a result of a premeditated aggression on their capital.

It is worth noting that the President of the Presidential Council, Fayez Asarraj, arrived on Wednesday, in Brazville, at the head of a delegation that includes the Foreign and Interior Ministers and a number of senior officials.
