Ethiopia: We want to enhance cooperation and contribute to the stability of Libya.

The advisor of the Ethiopian Prime Minister, “Dikon Daniel”, confirmed on Sunday, during his visit with a government delegation to Libya, his country’s desire to contribute to efforts to support stability and a political solution to the Libyan crisis in coordination with the African Union and the UN mission.

Daniel told the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the GNA, Mohamed Taher Sayyala in Tripoli, that there is a possibility to enhance cooperation between the two countries in many prioritised areas, including those related to the field of criminal laboratories, especially as cooperation is currently taking place regarding the identification of the remains of Ethiopian victims who were killed by ISIS in Sirte , Expressing his country’s desire to strengthen the relationship with Libya.

On the other hand, Sayyala praised the relationship between Libya and Ethiopia, welcoming the efforts of the Ethiopian Prime Minister “Abi Ahmed” to contribute to solve the Libyan crisis in coordination with the African Union.
