The head of the High Council of State (HCS) Khaled Al-Meshri, agreed with the Russian Federation Council chairwoman, “Valentina Matviyenko” in the Russian capital Moscow, upon the need for guarantees to not pave the National Forum to a military rule.
Al-Meshri and his accompanying delegation presented the Council’s vision of a road map to resolve the Libyan crisis, namely holding a referendum on the constitution and parliamentary and presidential elections, according to the official page of the council.
The head of the High Council of State, “Khaled Al-Meshri,” met last Monday with Deputy Foreign Minister and personal envoy of Russian President of North Africa, “Mikhail Bogdanov” to discuss the latest situation in Libya.
