Al-Tahady wins first game in African Champions League

The Libyan team managed to beat Ghana’s Aduana Stars 1-0 at the Petrosport Stadium in Cairo on Sunday in the first leg of the African Champions League preliminary round.

Al-Tahady kept a defensive stance the entire match after the game’s only goal came in the 36th minute by Al-Tahady’s Mahmoud Ali.

The second leg will be played on February 21, where a draw or a win and will be enough to qualify to the next stage.
