Al-Ittihad arrives in Tunisia in preparation for African competition

Al-Ittihad football team arrived on Wednesday evening to the Tunisian city of Sfax, in preparation for their upcoming game against Sahel SC from Niger, next Saturday.

Al Ittihad plays the 64th round match in the African Confederation Cup on the grounds of Al Tayeb Al Muhairi Stadium in Sfax at 6 pm.

The Libyan club strengthened its ranks with five new players, three of them professionals, in addition to midfielder Faisal Al-Badri and winger Zakaria Al-Lafi.

The representative of Libya in the African Confederation has reached the semi-finals of the tournament in 2010 before losing against the Moroccan FUS Rabat.
