The Electoral Commission confirms that it continues to receive text messages from citizens for electoral registration

On Monday, the National High Electoral Commission said that it is continuing to receive text messages from citizens for the sixth consecutive day for voter registration.

The Commission confirmed that the number of registered as of Monday reached 2660 voters, including 1801 men and 859 women, according to its official site.

The Commission announced that the available registration period would be two months from the opening day, noting that previously registered voters from the elections of Constitution Drafting Assembly and the House of Representatives are included in the voter register and are entitled to change the electoral station.

The Electoral Commission has announced on December 6th the start of voter registration for all citizens who are eligible.
