On Wednesday, the Deputy Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations in Libya, Maria do Valle Ribeiro, signed an agreement with the head of the Electoral Commission, Emad Al-Sayeh, for the technical support program and the capacity building of the Commission during the upcoming elections, according to the official page of the mission.
