On Thursday, the President of the Presidential Council Faiz Al-Sarraj discussed with the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, Fatou Bensouda, the criminal cases that are being pursued against Libyan citizens at the headquarters of the Libyan Mission to the United Nations in New York.
According to the #GNA official Facebook page, Bensouda stated that she will not hesitate to submit new cases in #Libya whenever evidence permits; stressing the fact that the court will prosecute anyone against whom an arrest warrant was issued.
