    On Thursday, a member of the House of Representatives from #Benghazi Abu Bakr Baira, stated that the #HOR has not hold a session with quorum for over a year.
    Baira stated that UN envoy Ghassan Salame’s plan is a step in the right direction; because one of its provisions necessitating that the #HOR hold a non-biased meeting with quorum- as reported by AKI news agency.
