A large crowd gathered on Thursday to pray and mourn for those who died in the explosion that took place in Garabulli, located about 50 kilometers east of Tripoli and about 140 kilometers west of Misrata.

The explosion happened on Tuesday at an ammunition store as reported by the municipal government in Garabulli, killing more than 30 people.

The ammunitions store erupted soon after an armed group from Misrata gave up control of the store following clashes between them and locals.

It was later reported that the explosion was caused by fireworks that were stored in the ammunition store.
