Disease Control Confirms the Arrival of All Vaccinations and the Start of Distributing Them

The director of the Center for Disease Control Badr Al-Deen Najjar, on Tuesday, announced the arrival of most routine and school vaccinations, in addition to the vaccines for the campaign against the measles epidemic at the end of November.

In a statement to ArraedLg, Al-Najjar said that the vaccinations of polio and vitamin A doses of the campaign were included within the shipment, clarifying that the vaccines are currently distributed to health centers throughout Libya.

Al-Najjar explained that routine vaccinations and vaccinations were provided by the Libyan state; however, the campaign vaccinations were purchased by UNICEF with the participation of the World Health Organization.
