HCS president discuss with UNSMIL deputy obstacles facing the vote on the referendum law

The president of the High Council of State, Khaled Al-Mashri discussed on Saturday with UN envoy’s deputy to Libya, Stephanie Williams the stages related to the adoption of the referendum law on the constitution.

The official page of the High Council said that the meeting addressed the need to remove obstacles facing the vote on the referendum law.

The House of Representatives(HOR) failed in several consecutive sessions to vote on the referendum law on the Constitution.
