Italian Prime Minister, Giuseppe Conte said the holding of general elections in Libya without guarantees for reconciliation between political factions would not bring stability to the country.
Conte warned, in an interview with the Italian news agency AKI, of accelerating the holding of elections without adequate guarantees, expressing his desire to reach the election gradually until stability, adding that Italy does not claim to dominate Libya or to have expansionist goals.
