Arrival of 260 tons of wheat to Zliten mills

Zliten Municipal Council media office director, Ibrahim Al-Sari said on Monday that the Zliten grain mill received 260 tons of wheat supplied by the National Company for Flour Mills and Feeding.

In a statement to ArraedLG, Al-Sari said this quantity is the first of the 11 thousand tons of wheat that will arrive in the coming days, adding that the bakeries sells five loaves per dinar.

The Minister of Economy in the Government of National Accord (GNA), Nasser Al-Dersi confirmed last week that shipments of flour and wheat will arrive in a few days to all the Libyan ports, and will end the crisis of shortage of flour and high prices of bread loaf.
