Ministerial meeting in Algeria about situation in Libya

The foreign ministers of Egypt, Tunisia and Algeria will meet today in Algiers to discuss political developments in Libya.

According to Algeria Press Service, the meeting will be attended by Egyptian FM, Sameh Shoukry, Tunisia’s FM Khamis Al-Jihnaoui, along with Algerian counterpart Abdelkader Messahel, in the framework of consultations between the three countries on the situation in Libya.

The ministers will discuss ways to deepen the efforts of their countries to help accelerate the process of resolving the crisis and help the Libyan parties in the path of dialogue and reconciliation.

The foreign ministers of Egypt, Tunisia and Algeria have been holding meetings for years; to coordinate and consult on the situation in Libya.
