The head of the Russian contact group on the intra-Libyan settlement, Lev Dengov said, Russia stands at same distance from all parties of the conflict in Libya, and is “not putting bets on one man.”
Dengov said in an interview with the Telegraph on Sunday, the fate of the Libyan people,” who struggled for seven years to avoid dictatorship, cannot be based on one person.”
