Father of the 3 children found dead in Sorman after being kidnapped for over 3 years, Riyad Al-Sharshari, said on Wednesday that the coroner report revealed that the cause of his children’s death was malnutrition and hunger as a result of their detention.
Al-Sharshari said in a statement to ArraedLG, the children had died 8 to 10 months ago, noting that a burial ceremony will be held next Saturday.
The Criminal Investigation Department – Western Region found, in March, the bodies Mohamed, Dahab and Abdul Hamid Al-Sharshari, buried in Al-Baraim Forest south of Sorman.
