The Audit Bureau reported that the committee charged with studying the decision of the Presidential Council (PC), which granted permission to spend $ 1.5 billion to supply goods concluded that there was “suspicion of constructing a crisis to create appropriate conditions to issue the decision.”
The head of the Bureau, Khaled Shakshak, discussed with the chairman and members of the committee of the regulatory bodies in the House of Representatives (HOR) on Wednesday the steps of the work of the Bureau and the results of the committee charged with studying the decision.
The Committee noted in its report that the decision to supply goods “was prepared and submitted by parties with an interest in its issuance,” according to the official page of the Audit Bureau.
The Audit Bureau demanded the suspension of the Presidential Council’s decision to grant permission to spend $ 1.5 billion to supply goods.
