CISSA finishes visit to illegal-immigration centers in Libya

The delegation of the Committee of Intelligence and Security Services of Africa (CISSA) concluded, on Saturday its visit to the centers of illegal immigrants in a number of Libyan cities.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs media office director, Ahmed Al-Arbad, told ArraedLG that the African Union (AU) sent this delegation to inspect the shelters for immigrants, explaining that the delegation visited the accommodation centers in Tripoli and the Al-Hira shelter center in Gharyan.

Al-Arbad added that the visit lasted for six consecutive days, during which the delegation met with the political affairs agent at the Foreign Ministry and a number of government officials and security services, indicating that the delegation left Tripoli from Metiga airport.

The headquarters of CISSA is in the Ethiopian capital, Addis Ababa.
