Chairman of the Dialogue Drafting Committee Musa Faraj: The military must be subject to civil authority

    Chairman of the Dialogue Drafting Committee and Supreme Council of the State member, Musa Faraj, said that the Libyan military establishment should be subject to civil authority represented in the Presidential Council.

    In a statement released to Arraed LG on Sunday, Faraj said that this point is not disputed as the political agreement stipulates in Article 8 that the military institution falls under civilian authority.
