The Social Council of the Tuareg tribes denounced the kidnapping of three Turkish engineers and another South African working at the Ubari electricity generator gas plant.
In a statement, the Council called on the security authorities to release those kidnapped and punish the perpetrators, indicating that it had lifted any social protection for those involved in the incident.
