The official spokesperson for the Ministry of Defense in the Government of National Accord, General Mohammed Al-Ghasri, stated that “The observation step initiated by NATO will be followed by military operations in coordination with the Presidential Council and the Ministry of Defence”.
In a press statement on Wednesday, Al-Ghasri stressed the need to unite the Libyan army; adding that foreign military presence inside Libya may have negative consequences.
