In a meeting on Sunday, the municipal councilor of #Sabha agreed to prepare a memo to be forwarded to the municipal council and to the Ministry of Local Government, that outlines the lack of security, the outbreak of barbarism, robbery and fuel trading. The councilor of #Sabha will also urge the 2 councils to establish a committee responsible for improving security and safety measures in the city.
