The chairman of the Justice and Construction Party, Mohammed Sawan, calls for standing with the government, despite a disagreement with it.

The chairman of the Justice and Construction Party, Mohammed Sawan, said that whatever the disagreement with the National Unity Government and the Presidential Council, we must stand with them and support them.

During a briefing he gave to the party leaders about the developments in the political and the situation on the ground in Libya, Sawan added that the government must assume its responsibility in achieving balance in the government formation and in the distribution of duties among the main actors on the ground, and we must push with them in this direction.

Sawan explained that the issue of balance is, in fact, in the interest of all Libyans; Because balance is what prevents conflict and prevents each party from coveting what other parties have, and this is the theory from which we started and based our decision on choosing the list that we supported in Geneva.

Sawan indicated that the decisions issued so far do not have any real balance, pointing out that although this behavior bears goodwill and the desire to appease some unruly parties, it sometimes comes at the expense of the supreme interest of the country.

The chairman of the Justice and Construction Party called for advising the government and standing by it, as well as the Presidential Council, which he described as not having the role of the commander in chief of the army, calling on the government to organize its priorities better .

It is worth noting that the Justice and Construction Party welcomed the results of the executive authority elections held in Geneva last February, which produced the Presidential Council and the current government.
