An Egyptian delegation visits Libyan airports to resume flights to Cairo.

Afriqiyah Airways announced, on Tuesday, that an Egyptian delegation will visit Libyan airports in the coming days, in order to resume flights to Cairo International Airport.

The company expects, according to Sputnik, that flights will reach 35 flights per week from Maitiqa, Misurata and Benina airports to Cairo.

It is reported that the head of the Egyptian Civil Aviation Authority, Ashraf Noyer, announced last February that the Civil Aviation Authority had agreed to resume Libyan Airlines flights to Egypt, after a break of more than a year.
