On Sunday, a spokesman for the Turkish presidency, Ibrahim Qalin, expressed his country’s hope that the era of conflict in Libya ends, and the establishment of a new administration and a transitional government as soon as possible.
He stressed that Turkey will continue to support the Libyan talks, and make all forms of contributions to make progress in the political process led by the Libyans, adding that Libya is a country with great capabilities and has a trained manpower, and if it properly exploits these capabilities, it will rise economically and achieve its security and become an influential country in North Africa.
It is worth noting that the spokesman for the Turkish presidency, Ibrahim Qalin, said in October last year that the Presidential Council could transform into a new structure, explaining that his country will continue to work with those who are elected to head the Presidential Council.
