Moussa Faraj: The Central Bank is based in Tripoli and cannot be transferred anywhere else.

A member of the Supreme Council of State and a member of the Council Dialogue Committee in Moroccan “Bo_Znika” Moussa Faraj told Arraed, on Saturday, that the Central Bank is based in Tripoli, and it cannot be transferred elsewhere.

Faraj added that the Central Bank of Libya is an independent institution and has its own law, with the governor a board of directors, explaining that there will be a new legislative authority that will be elected at the end of this year.
