On Tuesday, the Supreme Council of the State welcomed the Forum for Political Dialogue reaching a mechanism for selecting the executive authority, praising the spirit of patriotism and responsibility that the members of the forum exhibited throughout the dialogue period.
The Council indicated – in a statement – that it is in the process of completing what was previously agreed upon in Morocco so that it enters into force immediately after the formation of a national unity government.
It is worth noting that the United Nations Support Mission in Libya announced, on Tuesday, that the members of the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum agreed to the proposal for a mechanism for selecting the executive authority by 73%.
