Head of the Supreme Council of State Khaled Al-Mishri, accompanied by his two deputies, Muhammad Baqi and Safwan Al-Misuri, discussed with members of the 5 + 5 military committee headed by Major General Ahmed Abo Shahma, the latest developments in the military and security situation in the country.
On Monday, the committee informed the Presidency of the Council of the latest developments that it reached in the military track, according to the official page of the Council.
Al-Mishri briefed the Military Committee on the latest developments in the political dialogue, stressing the need for the existence of harmony between the political and military tracks, stressing that the Council will communicate with the Presidential Council and the concerned authorities to provide support with all the capabilities available to the Military Committee, to help it accomplish the required tasks.
It is worth noting that member of the 5 + 5 Joint Military Committee, Brigadier General Al-Fitouri Gribeil, confirmed to Arraed last Sunday that coordination is currently underway to start withdrawing the military forces from all agreed locations and gatherings.
