Bashagha discusses with the British ambassador the support and training of the security staff.

The Minister of the Interior, Fathi Bashagha, discussed Thursday with the British ambassador to Libya, Nicholas Hopton, supporting and training the Ministry’s security staff in the fields of “combating terrorism and organized crime”.

The two parties discussed, according to the official page of the ministry, ways to benefit from British expertise in the field of security work, and to cooperate in issues of common interest.

It is worth noting that Interior Minister Fathi Bashagha discussed in mid-November in the French capital Paris with a number of officials of security institutions specialized in biometric identification, opportunities to form partnerships with the Ministry of the Interior.
