The Speaker of Tobruk Parliament, Agila Saleh, announced the rejection of the outcomes of the session of members of the House of Representatives to be held in the city of Ghadames, according to the final statement of the meeting of representatives in Tangiers, Morocco.
Saleh’s refusal came during his meeting with a number of mayors of “Barqa municipalities” on Wednesday, who in turn refused the dialogue, demanding that Aqila Saleh assume the presidency of the new Presidential Council, and the necessity of holding parliamentary sessions in the city of Benghazi or Tobruk.
It is worth noting that more than 103 members of Parliament in Tripoli and Tobruk held meetings in the Moroccan city of Tangiers, through which they agreed to hold a session in the city of Ghadames, to change the presidency of the House of Representatives.
