Morocco: The ceasefire agreement in Libya is an important development, and we call on everyone to respect it.

Moroccan Foreign Minister Nasser Abo Ritta stressed that the ceasefire agreement in Geneva between the Libyan parties is an important development, and called on everyone to respect its requirements.

Abo Ritta congratulated – in press statements – Saturday, the Libyan parties for the signing of the agreement, pointing out that the Libyan dialogue in the Moroccan city of Abo zniqa constituted an important development as it took place between the Libyans without any external interference, according to what Anadolu Agency reported.

It is worth noting that the two parties of the Joint Military Committee 5 + 5 signed an agreement on Friday, which provides for a ceasefire, the removal of mercenaries within 90 days, the opening of the land and air crossings, the restructuring of the Petroleum Facilities Guard and the exchange of detainees and prisoners.
