A member of the Tobruk House of Representatives, Issam Al-Jehani, said, on Sunday, that the atmosphere between the two Libyan dialogue delegations in Bo Zniqa, is positive, and the work scheduling has been completed related to the criteria and controls for the position of the central bank governor, and the rest of the sovereign positions.
Al-Jehani added, in statements to Arraed Network, that most of the points are being studied, and today it will be a consultative leave between the members of the two delegations, indicating that “talking about a final statement is premature now,” because the understandings regarding the second round have not yet been completed, with the possibility of a third dialogue session.
It is worth noting that the two delegations of the dialogue confirmed Saturday in a joint statement from the Moroccan city of Bo Zniqa to continue the sessions until a comprehensive and complete agreement, on the criteria for selecting the occupants of the sovereign positions, according to Article 15 of the Skhirat Agreement.
