The head of the Supreme Council of State, Khaled al-Mishri, said that there is deliberate interference to obstruct the tracks of the ongoing dialogue in the Moroccan city of Bo zniqa from, from the beneficiaries of the current situation, which cannot continue.
Al-Mishri confirmed in statements to “February” channel, on Monday, that what was discussed in the Moroccan Dialogue is the criteria for assuming sovereign positions, denying any deals or quotas as rumored.
Al-Mishri clarified that they agreed with the delegation of the Tobruk House of Representatives on specific criteria for candidates for the post of governor of the Central Bank of Libya, his deputy and the bank’s board of directors.
On Monday, a member of the Tobruk House of Representatives, Issam Al-Jehani, told Arraed that Article 15 of the political agreement requires the formation of two 5 + 5 committees to discuss the sovereign positions and the agreement on the positions exceeded 90%, and that they had reached an agreement regarding the position of the governor of the Central Bank of Libya and other positions.
