Al-Ra’id: The solution to the Libyan crisis can only be through a negotiated track.

On Monday, a member of Parliament, Muhammad Al-Ra’id, said that the solution to the Libyan crisis can only be through a peaceful negotiation track.

Al-Ra’id added, in a statement to Arraed, that this track should be far from quotas, regionalization and external agendas.

It is worth noting that the Supreme Council of the State and the Representatives of Tobruk have reached an agreement on activating Article 15 of the Skhirat Agreement regarding the reinstatement of the sovereign positions in the Libyan state.
